What we're looking for
4+ years in marketing or communications, ideally in a regulated or financial-services setting.
Excellent written English and a strong eye for brand and design.
Comfortable with web, a CMS, email tools and analytics.
Discreet, accurate, organised and self-directed.

Operations Associate

We're looking for an Operations Associate to support the day-to-day running of client accounts and trading operations — an entry point into a regulated, derivatives-focused investment manager, working closely with trading, wealth advisory and compliance.
What you'll do
Support account opening and onboarding with custodians, ensuring LPOA and client documentation is accurate and complete.
Reconcile positions and cash across custodian statements and internal records.
Help monitor settlements, corporate actions and margin requirements across client accounts.
Assist in preparing client-facing reporting and responding to day-to-day client and custodian queries.
What we're looking for
0–2 years in financial operations, fund administration, or a related back-office function (internships count).
Meticulous attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and documentation.
Excellent written English; a second European language is a plus.
Comfortable with spreadsheets and financial software; eager to learn.
